Business woman?

What kind of a person does it take to make it in life and business? Who can really flow naturally in the sales world? Do you even need specific qualities in order to be "successful"?

These are questions one sometimes wonders as a business owner. And lately I have wondered a lot. Especially as a person who wants an authentic brand and not too salesly atmosphere because I know I wouldn't buy from someone who seems like a scammer. And I want to portray that I am not one.

Our journaling kits are authentically made. I build them myself. Even if I buy the items from resellers. I put my heart and soul into our products and wish to improve constantly on our ethicality and sustainability. And I know that once we have even more customers, we can really increase the quality of our products even further.

I personally believe that one doesn't need some specific qualities to be "successful" in business. Of course for some people it might be more natural to sell things but after all these are skills one can learn and master.

Especially as a social psychology student, I wonder these questions often as I analyze people around me. I have noticed some patters here and there but nothing one cannot learn themselves.
